What is the warranty for Sure-Lok products?
|
Sure-Lok's Titan products are warranted for a period of three (3) years from date of shipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship.
All other Sure-Lok products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Any products found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced.
This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, exposure to the elements or chemicals, alteration or unauthorized repair.
Upon notification that a product has been found to be defective, Sure-Lok, Inc. will advise to which location the product should be returned via freight prepaid.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will the company be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages or loss of vehicle, cargo or profits.

If you are an authorized Sure-Lok distributor:
No material may be returned without the written consent of Sure-Lok (RGA#). A restocking charge and full outgoing and incoming freight charges will apply to material accepted for return. Contact Customer Service at 866-SURE-LOK with the applicable purchase order for further information.
If you are not an authorized Sure-Lok distributor:
Contact the Sure-Lok distributor from whom you purchased the products for details regarding their return policy.
If you purchased the Safe & Secure Training Program online:
No material may be returned without the written consent of Sure-Lok (RGA#). A restocking charge will apply. Contact Customer Service at 866-SURE-LOK for further information.

Where can I find more information on properly securing a wheelchair?
|
Review the installation instructions that come with Sure-Lok products. Locate your vehicle’s layout in the Application Section of the catalog for further recommendations. The Doing it Right Training Video includes how to secure a wheelchair and its occupant and is available to view online.
